Sara is a heart-centered facilitator devoted to helping women slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves. Her work blends somatic breathwork, integrative coaching, movement, and intentional ritual to support deep nervous system regulation and soul-aligned expansion.
With a warm, grounded presence, she creates spaces where women feel safe, seen, and deeply held — spaces where healing becomes possible, clarity returns, and the heart can finally exhale.
